As previously notified we are holding our first Charity AGM on Thursday 19th January January. The South Lodge have offered us a room free of charge so please feel free to spend some money on a drink and even food if you are peckish so their support gets ours in return.

You will be asked to sign in on arriving. The meeting is open to anyone but only members have a vote. The sign in sheets will only be used to ensure we have an accurate record of attendance.

The meeting will start at 7pm so if you are ordering a drink and/or food please do so in good time. The meeting is in the conservatory. It is their quiz night as well so it might be busy.
